Dr. Jim Hess named 20th President

A new vision for success at OSU

The OSU A&M Board of Regents appointed Dr. Jim Hess as the 20th president of Oklahoma State University. During his interim time, Hess has outlined a vision focused on student success, emphasizing that every university decision should enhance education and the student experience. Hess continues to create closer connections between key functions of the university and the students it supports and impacts.

OSU hosts welcome celebration for President Hess Apr 29

Scores of Cowboy faithful packed into the ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center on Tuesday to welcome Oklahoma State University’s 20th president, Dr. Jim Hess.

Research focuses on algorithms for angled boreholes Apr 29

Through the Center for Integrated Building Systems, industry partners are funding a two-year project looking to develop algorithms for the design of these angled boreholes. Angled boreholes, while used sporadically in Europe, have not gained as much popularity in the U.S. due to current limitations.
